If you are sick, overworked, tired, depressed, bored, or just plain unhappy, the best thing you could do for yourself would be to take a vacation! So grab your best friend and head out to the greatest state in the union, Oregon!
Oregon is located on the west coast. The West Coast, from Washington down through California is beautiful, and tucked in between Washington and California is Oregon, the most beautiful state, and in my opinion, something extra special!
The state of Oregon has many things not found in most of the other states, but it also has interesting things found in some other states.
The Oregon Caves is a marble cavern full of stalagmites and stalactites and wonders of the underworld!  (It may not be as big or grand as the Mammoth Caverns, but still. beautiful and breathtaking!)
Crater Lake, a lake formed in a volcanic crater, is one of Oregon’s wonders! It is the deepest lake in the United States, and one of the nine deepest in the world. The deep blue water is so clear, if you take a ride in the glass bottom boat you can see forever, but not the bottom of the lake.
We have a high desert worthy of a visit.  You will find a cultural gem, the High Desert Museum, which sits on 135 acres of awe, and has more than 100,000 square feet of exhibit space. It has art, history, culture; and artifacts from the area and from all over Oregon.

In this desert you may see many kinds of animals from small to large. You might see scorpions, crickets, chipmunks, squirrels, porcupines; and birds such as quail, grouse and prairie falcons. Mammals found there are pronghorns, coyote and mule deer, jackrabbits and cougars.

Oregon’s High Desert has been voted one of the best things to do in Oregon.
I hope you enjoyed this trip.
